Personalized & Custom Items
Many Krafts By Kimmy products are made to order and personalized with names, dates, colors, or other custom details. Please review everything carefully — spelling, dates, colors, and any other personalization — before submitting your order. We create each piece exactly as it's submitted to us.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because personalized items go into production quickly, we may not always be able to make changes or cancel an order once work has begun. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Returns & Exchanges
Since personalized items are made specifically for you, we're generally not able to accept returns or exchanges simply because of a change of mind. We really appreciate your understanding here.

If we make an error — like a misspelling or the wrong detail that doesn't match what you submitted — please let us know. We'll work with you to make it right.
